Board of Directors
Open Doors Mental Health is guided by a volunteer Board of Directors that provides governance, oversight, and strategic direction to support the organization’s mission of serving children, youth, and families in Lanark County.
We welcome expressions of interest from community members who are committed to strong governance, collaboration, and supporting accessible, high-quality mental health services.
To be a member of the Board of Directors, preference is given that the individual lives or works in Lanark County, be over the age of 18 and be passionate about child and youth mental health. The Board meets the last Wednesday of every month (except July) and in addition, each Board member is expected to be a member of at least one committee for an additional meeting per month.

Our team of compassionate, skilled clinicians and administrative staff are committed to providing children, youth and their families with empathetic, individualized services, from the moment you make the first call, or walk through the door.
We have three office locations in Carleton Place, Smiths Falls and Perth - we also provide services in schools, homes and the community - making it easy to meet you where you are at. All of our services are free of charge, and we can provide service in-person, by phone, or virtually.
